1200℃ Three temperature zone tube furnace is a customized three temperature zone tube furnace; the highest temperature in the furnace can reach 1200℃, using imported resistance wire heating, and temperature field uniform temperature control precision. The tubes are made of Model 316 stainless steel, with custom flanges on both sides and water cooling components to meet the needs of customers to fill the tubes with liquid and place special monitoring equipment.

 Product Description

The Three Temperature Zone Tube Furnace, known as O400-120IIIT, stands as a versatile and precise laboratory instrument designed to facilitate controlled operations. Operating on an AC voltage of 220V at 50Hz, with a power consumption of 4KW, this furnace ensures efficient performance. With a maximum operating temperature of 400°C, it is recommended to maintain a heating speed of 10°C per minute, ensuring controlled and gradual temperature changes. The heating element, an electric furnace heating wire, collaborates with a K-type thermocouple for accurate temperature measurements.

 

The furnace tube, constructed from SS316 material, boasts dimensions of OD 120mm, ID 102mm, and a length of 670mm. Divided into three temperature zones, each spanning 150mm, the furnace tube integrates strategically positioned flanges for essential functions. The left flange incorporates a stainless steel water-cooled vacuum sealing flange with liquid inlet, vacuum air outlet, and a mechanical vacuum gauge. Simultaneously, the right flange features a stainless steel water-cooled vacuum-sealed flange with a PTFE inlet pipe.

 

Temperature control is orchestrated through PID automatic control, governing heating rate, cooling rate, and holding time. This system includes protective measures such as over-temperature protection, short couple protection, and an alarm function for over-temperature conditions, enabling unattended operation while ensuring safety. Temperature accuracy is finely maintained at +/-1°C for precise control and monitoring.

 

Additional features, including a syringe with a capacity ranging from 2.5ml to 60ml and a flow range from 2.779μl/min to 72.24ml/min, contribute to the furnace's versatility. To sustain optimal operating temperatures, a water-cooled chiller with a 10L/min circulating water cooling system is seamlessly integrated. The user-friendly touch screen control interface enhances the overall operational experience, making it particularly suitable for laboratory applications.
