The T1700-50I-T tube furnace is a sophisticated heating instrument engineered for both laboratory and industrial applications, designed with meticulous attention to detail. Its construction features a high-purity alumina furnace tube, boasting a diameter of 50mm and an extended length of 1000mm. The furnace interior incorporates a heating zone spanning 300mm and a constant temperature zone of 150mm, contributing to its exceptional performance. Operating within an expansive temperature range of 0 to 1700°C, this furnace provides precise temperature control with an accuracy of ±1°C, ensuring optimal control throughout the heating process.

 

Flexibility is a key feature, offering a choice between 30 or 50 segment program temperature control, allowing users to tailor heating profiles to specific requirements. The user-friendly interface, presented on an LCD touch screen, enhances operational ease. To maintain the necessary vacuum conditions, the furnace is equipped with a 304 stainless steel vacuum flange, featuring a 1/4" ferrule connector with an Ø8 pagoda-shape connector for seamless setup. Operating at a vacuum level of 4.4E-3Pa and powered by a standard AC supply at 220V and 50/60Hz, this furnace showcases adaptability and precision.
