The T1700-50I-T tube furnace, boasting a maximum temperature of 1700℃, is engineered with specific technical features to meet diverse experimental requirements. The furnace tube, crafted from high-purity alumina, exhibits a 50mm diameter and 1000mm length, housing a heating zone of 300mm, which includes a 150mm constant temperature zone. The furnace operates seamlessly within a broad temperature range, from 0 to 1700℃, with a remarkable temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, ensuring meticulous control over thermal processing applications.

 

To enhance user control and accessibility, the furnace incorporates an LCD touch screen display, providing an intuitive interface for operation. The closed design of the furnace, with the tube inserted from the side, prioritizes safety and stability, effectively preventing operator burns. Flanges on both sides of the furnace tube feature a digital vacuum gauge and a mechanical pressure gauge, enabling precise control over the atmosphere within the furnace tube.
