 Product Description

s latest generation of microwave generators is engineered to cater to a wide range of industrial applications and plasma generation needs. This cutting-edge system features a 100% digital architecture, ensuring modernity and exceptional reliability, coupled with intelligent power control. In laboratory applications, this microwave generator excels in microwave-assisted liquid or solid chemistry, biochemistry, drying, sintering, melting, and more. For plasma applications, it offers versatility in processes such as Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), plasma generation utilizing surface wave plasma sources (Downstream, Dual-stream), nitriding, and thin film deposition. In industrial settings, it continues to shine with its capabilities in microwave-assisted chemistry, drying, and melting processes. One of the standout features is its compact design, comprising two modules: a 2 kW rackable Power Supply (19” 3U) and a 2 kW 2450MHz Microwave Head. This design optimizes space utilization and ensures efficiency. When it comes to reliability, this microwave generator is best in class. It offers various start modes, including standard mode ON/OFF, overshoot mode, and adjustable ramp mode (ranging from 0 to 30 s). Additionally, it provides a comprehensive array of options, including a fault list and a filament hour counter. Configuration-wise, users can easily preset and load configurations and choose between English and French language settings. Controls are both flexible and accessible, offering local and remote control capabilities, allowing adjustments from 0 to 100% of forward power, and the option of disjunction mode or limit mode of forward power with a sound signal. In terms of communication, the system supports remote control via PROFIBUS®, CanOpen, or Modbus (RS2332 or RS485), with a dedicated remote control interface available at the rear of the power supply unit. This comprehensive communication system ensures seamless integration and operation in a variety of industrial and plasma generation contexts.
