Operated with a 2 kW power supply, the MSK-SFM-10M features a user-friendly touch screen control panel for precise and convenient operation. Its innovative design includes a 45mm mixing tank diameter, a two-axis mixing blade, and variable shaft speed ranging from 0 to 70 rpm, ensuring efficient and consistent mixing. The mixer is equipped with a vacuum pump and a water chiller to support its vacuum mixing capabilities, creating an ideal environment for preparing materials like LiCoO3, LiFePO4, phosphorus, and ceramic slurries with superior dispersion and uniformity.

 

Real-time monitoring of the blending process is made possible through an observation window on the mixing tank.
