 Product Description

The 85KTC, a high-capacity high-temperature induction heating and melting furnace system, showcases advanced capabilities for crystal growth, metal melting, and diverse material heat treatments. This powerhouse system features a 30KW induction heater, an 8.5" (216mm) quartz tube, hinged flange, and valve, along with essential components like a graphite crucible, graphite blanket, alumina insulation blanket, 16L/min circulating chiller, vacuum pump, and a mobile furnace cart. Capable of reaching temperatures up to 2000℃ (protective gas is required within the quartz tube during use), the 85KTC stands out as an optimal solution for a range of thermal processing applications.

 

This induction heating furnace, renowned for its precise temperature control at 2000℃, integrates several key attributes. Its refractory structure, composed of multiple alumina pieces, not only supports the graphite crucible but also mitigates heat radiation. Safety measures include an automated system for water pressure, overheating, and high-power protection, while PID temperature control allows for the programming of 30 temperature rise and fall programs. The furnace is equipped with an anti-corrosion vacuum gauge, providing accurate measurements without the need for coefficient conversion, ensuring a vacuum degree of 3.8 × 10E-5Torr. The induction heater operates on a three-phase AC 380V 50Hz power supply, offering a maximum oscillation power of 30KW, and its output frequency ranges from 30KHz to 110 KHz with an 80% duty cycle.

 

The technical specifications cover various aspects, including the induction coil's dimensions, temperature controller details, and continuous working temperature range. Consumable parts like the graphite crucible and heat insulation materials are meticulously specified.
