The 25TC induction melting system stands as a compact and programmable solution, featuring a 100mm diameter quartz tube, stainless steel flange, graphite crucible, vacuum pump, water chiller, and a mobile frame, with a maximum power output of 25KW. Positioned as an ideal tool for crystal growth, alloy melting, and sintering applications with a melting point below 1700℃, this system operates effectively in a vacuum or protective gas environment. Operational prerequisites include specific installation conditions related to altitude, temperature, and humidity, along with a reliance on self-circulating cooling water equipment and electrical specifications requiring AC380V 50Hz (63A air switch) with proper grounding. The furnace chamber demands high-purity argon gas (≥99.99%), supplied by the operator with a Ø6mm double ferrule joint, and necessitates a sturdy workbench of precise dimensions and ventilation.
 

Distinctive features of the furnace comprise a high-purity alumina fiber refractory brick, resilient to temperatures up to 1800℃, providing structural support for the graphite crucible while minimizing heat radiation. The system incorporates an automatic protection system for water pressure, overheating, and high power, employing PID temperature control for the creation of 30-stage temperature programs, inclusive of overheating and breakage protection measures. The furnace integrates an anti-corrosion vacuum gauge effective above 10 mbar, eliminating the need for coefficient adjustments based on gas type.
