The pressure gauge, a pointer pressure gauge, ensures clear and reliable readings, providing a user-friendly interface for precise control. Temperature management is a standout feature, offering highly precise control with a range spanning from room temperature (Rm) up to 600℃, while the mold heating temperature extends from room temperature to 300℃. The temperature accuracy, an impressive 0.1℃, guarantees meticulous control over the heating process, ensuring optimal outcomes.

 

Imported heat insulating plates are integrated into the equipment for efficient heat insulation, contributing to its high performance. The mold chamber, specifically designed for smaller inner holes (less than 20mm), caters to a diverse range of applications. To maintain optimal operating conditions, the equipment employs fast water cooling, further enhancing its efficiency.
