This furnace employs induction heating technology, enabling it to achieve a maximum melting temperature of 2000℃. Constructed with precision, the vacuum chamber is made of stainless steel and features a water-cooled design, enhancing its durability and performance. Equipped with a quartz observation window, the furnace allows operators to observe the melting process, making it well-suited for metal sample melting, heat treatment, and phase diagram studies.
 

Driven by a high-quality high-frequency induction power supply, the furnace supports a power capacity of 35KW, with the option to customize up to an impressive 60KW. The furnace is further equipped with a high-vacuum molecular pump set, enhancing substrate vacuum levels to improve the overall melting quality. The inclusion of a lifting platform, flip handle, and water-cooled copper crucible facilitates post-melting operations, such as casting and sampling, ensuring user convenience. Delving into technical specifics, the vacuum system, designated as product model GZK103-A, incorporates a 600 molecular pump, CF160 pumping interface, KF16 exhaust interface, and a rotary vane pump as a backing pump. Achieving an ultimate vacuum level of 1.0E-5Pa, the system exhibits a pumping rate of 600L/S for the molecular pump and 1.1L/S for the rotary vane pump, ensuring efficient vacuum performance. The furnace's power supply operates on AC 220V at 50/60Hz, offering versatility in electrical compatibility.
 

The IM300-35A is designed with flexibility in mind, accommodating two types of crucibles: a graphite melting crucible with a maximum support size of φ60mm x 80mm and an alumina insulated crucible with a maximum support size of φ120mm x 90mm. The furnace's overall dimensions of 1550mm x 700mm x 1400mm and a weight of 900kg underscore its stability and suitability for various industrial applications.
