4-Inch anti-corrosion spin coater with heatable sample stage
This product is a spin coater, also known as the spin processor, which uses centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to coat film materials. This model adopts a special design, so that the substrate can be heated simultaneously during the spin coating process. The maximum heating temperature is 200℃, which can meet the temperature requirements of some solutions in the spin coating process. At the same time, the equipment is also equipped with a liquid drain pipe and a waste tank to facilitate customers to collect waste liquid and effectively prevent corrosive liquid from splashing into the environment.

The technical parameters of this versatile equipment include a power supply of AC220V, 50Hz, a chamber made of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), and an upper cover crafted from PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) for convenient observation of the coating process. The sample stage is a gold-plated copper plate with excellent thermal conductivity, accommodating substrates with diameters up to 4 inches (100mm). It employs a ceramic heating ring for temperature control ranging from room temperature (RT) to 200℃, and it allows for variable rotation speeds from 0 to 3000rpm with a 1rpm speed resolution. Operated via a 7-inch HD LCD touchscreen, it offers manual glue dispensing with the option to supply liquid during spin coating. The equipment includes a PTFE liquid drain pipe and waste liquid tank, supports storage of up to 5 spin coating curves, and features a gold-plated vacuum chuck with three diameters (10mm, 25mm, 55mm). The vacuum pump utilized is oil-less, capable of achieving a pumping speed of 50 L/min. These specifications make it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications in research and development.
