6 kW Microwave generator at 2450 MHz

SKU: MND-134079

Our microwave generators are designed to operate independently or remotely controlled, with a minimal footprint and good signal stability. They can deliver anything from hundreds of watts to up to hundreds of kW with significantly reduced power loss. SAIREM microwave generators work at all authorized ISM frequencies, although most of them are designed at 915 MHz and 2450 MHz

 Product Description

The reliability of the microwave generators offered by SAIREM, both as standalone and integrated units, is recognized and appreciated by many OEMs and research laboratories worldwide. Their modern design allows them to be easily integrated and used in a wide variety of environments. The product specifications of this microwave system, utilizing magnetron technology, encompass several critical parameters. The system is compatible with three-phase mains voltages, including 208V, 400V, and 480V. It operates at a frequency of 2.45 GHz, providing versatile output power options, including 3 KW and 6 KW, as well as a higher-capacity model offering 10 KW. The power supply unit, which includes handles and connectors, comes in varying dimensions. The 3 KW and 6 KW models measure 483 mm in width, 701 mm in length, and 132.5 mm in height. In contrast, the 10 KW model has dimensions of 483 mm in width, 752 mm in length, and 177 mm in height. The microwave head, a critical component of the system, exhibits different dimensions across the power output options. The 3 KW model measures 217 mm in width, 352 mm in length, and 231 mm in height. The 6 KW model's dimensions are 357 mm in width, 401 mm in length, and 249 mm in height. Lastly, the 10 KW model features dimensions of 357 mm in width, 436 mm in length, and 279 mm in height. The system utilizes a combination of water and air for cooling. In terms of protection, it is rated at IP 30, belongs to overvoltage category II, and falls under pollution degree 2. Regarding humidity conditions, the system can operate in environments with a maximum relative humidity of 80% for temperatures up to 31°C. Beyond this point, humidity linearly decreases, reaching 50% relative humidity at 40°C. Additionally, the system is designed for use at altitudes of up to 2000 meters. These specifications collectively define the capabilities and operating parameters of this microwave system.
