Introducing the PC-60F pressure calibrator, a robust and versatile device crafted for precise pressure measurements. Identified by the model number PC-60F, this calibrator boasts an extensive pressure gauge range, covering values from 0 to 60T or 0 to 34MPa. Featuring a substantial piston with a diameter of Φ150mm, it is well-suited for a diverse range of applications. The all-in-one unit design eliminates oil link points, ensuring reliability and ease of use.

 

The PC-60F comes equipped with a standard pointer pressure gauge for pressure measurement, with the option to replace it with a digital gauge for added flexibility. The maximum piston travel distance is 50mm, accommodating various testing requirements. Safety is prioritized with the inclusion of a PMMA protective cover. The calibrator maintains pressure stability within a tolerance of ≤1MPa per 10 minutes. The working stage, with a Φ160mm diameter, provides a spacious working area of 185x250mm. Its overall dimensions are 405x240x565mm, and it has a gross weight of 75kg, ensuring stability during operation.

 

The pressure conversion table for a 60T hydraulic press illustrates the relationship between real pressure and system pressure. Applying force to the system correlates with specific system pressures, such as 1 ton resulting in 0.56MPa, 3 tons yielding 1.7MPa, and so on, up to the maximum force of 60 tons resulting in a system pressure of 34MPa.
