 Product Description

This precision spin coater is designed for the deposition of liquid or colloidal materials onto substrates such as silicon wafers, crystals, quartz, ceramics, and more, enabling the creation of thin films. Its primary applications encompass photoresist spin coating, preparation of biological media, and the production of polymer films via the sol-gel method, among others.

 

Operating on an AC220V, 50Hz supply voltage, it boasts a versatile spin speed range from 0 to 10,000rpm, with an acceleration capability of 100 to 5000rpm/s and a fine speed resolution of 1rpm. Offering ample flexibility, it allows for single step times of up to 3000 seconds, accommodating substrates with a diameter of up to 8 inches (200mm). Crafted from robust aluminum alloy, the chamber ensures durability, while the user-friendly 7-inch HD LCD touch screen simplifies operation. For dispensing, it offers manual options with the added convenience of an optional precision syringe pump. Coating curve customization is a breeze with five segments per curve, and it can store up to five curves in total. The coater features a φ6mm quick screw interface for pumping, with an exhaust system powered by a dry mechanical pump boasting a pumping rate of 1.1L/s. It operates on AC220V 50/60Hz power supply, compactly designed with overall dimensions of 290mm×365mm×260mm and a total weight of 10kg.
