Application of the Anti-corrosion spin coater with a heating cover is versatile, enabling the precise deposition of liquid or colloidal materials onto substrates such as silicon wafers, crystals, quartz, ceramics, and more, resulting in the formation of thin films. Its primary applications encompass photoresist spin coating, the preparation of biological media, and the production of polymer films via the sol-gel method, among other uses. This broad scope of capabilities renders it a valuable asset in diverse research and industrial settings.

 

The Anti-corrosion spin coater with a heating cover boasts a comprehensive set of technical parameters to support various applications. Operating with a dependable AC220V, 50Hz supply voltage, it offers an extensive spin speed range from 0 to 10,000rpm, with acceleration capabilities spanning from 100 to 5000rpm/s, ensuring precision with a 1rpm speed resolution. It supports single step times of up to 3000 seconds and can accommodate substrates with a maximum diameter of 8 inches (200mm). The chamber is constructed from durable PTFE material, offering excellent corrosion resistance. Temperature control is achieved with a maximum heating temperature of ≤200°C, facilitated by an AIP intelligent temperature control system, ensuring accurate temperature measurement and control. The user-friendly interface comprises a 7-inch HD LCD touch screen for ease of operation, offering manual dispensing along with the option of an additional precision syringe pump. Customization is streamlined with the capacity to store up to five coating curves, each comprising five segments. A φ6mm quick screw interface serves as the pumping port, complemented by an exhaust system powered by a dry mechanical pump with a pumping rate of 1.1L/s. The coater operates on AC220V 50/60Hz power supply, with compact overall dimensions of 290mm×365mm×300mm and a total weight of 15kg, ensuring both versatility and professional performance for laboratory applications.
