 Product Description

The PBM-V-0.4L emerges as a highly efficient grinding machine with specific technical parameters that underscore its precision and versatility in research and laboratory applications. Designed to operate on the principles of impact and friction force, this machine accommodates 100ml * 4 compatible grinding jars, allowing loading up to 2/3 of the jar's capacity for optimal performance. Its capacity to handle four samples of varying sizes and materials in a single experiment enhances efficiency and convenience, making it a reliable solution for diverse grinding applications that demand precision, control, and efficiency.

To facilitate prolonged grinding times without the risk of overheating, the PBM-V-0.4L integrates a built-in fan, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. Operating at a rotational speed of 1350rpm, with a 2:1 rotational speed ratio, the machine provides precise control over the grinding process. Its versatile design supports two operation modes, allowing for 2 or 4 grinding jars to work simultaneously, catering to different experimental setups. The feeding granularity specifications highlight its capability to handle soil materials under 10mm in size and other materials under 3mm, catering to a wide range of sample types, including hard, medium-hard, soft, fibrous, brittle, and moist materials.

With step-less speed regulation, the machine's speed is fully controllable, enabling users to fine-tune the grinding process to meet specific requirements. Operating on AC220V at 50Hz and consuming 0.75Kw, the machine is capable of continuous grinding for extended periods, with a maximum continuous grinding time of 99 hours. The grinding jars are constructed from various materials, including stainless steel, nylon, zirconia, alumina, manganese steel, and polyethylene, offering flexibility to suit specific needs. Weighing 75kg, the PBM-V-0.4L combines durability and stability, establishing itself as a reliable and precise grinding tool for a wide array of materials and sample types in research and laboratory settings.

One notable aspect of this machine is its ability to provide high uniformity and excellent repeatability in the ground samples. This is achieved through its fast rotational speed, which contributes to high efficiency and fine granularity in the grinding results. Users can also take advantage of programmable interval and pause times, enhancing control over the grinding process.
