The Bridgman Crystal Growth Furnace, designed with precision in mind, operates within a voltage range of 208 to 240VAC and boasts a maximum power of 4KW, making it an ideal choice for applications demanding meticulous temperature control during crystal growth. This furnace introduces a unique configuration with two heating temperature zones, each spanning 100mm, contributing to an overall temperature zone length of 200mm. It demonstrates exceptional capabilities by reaching a maximum heating temperature of 1200℃ while consistently maintaining a working temperature of 1100℃. Temperature control is a highlight, orchestrated by two independent program temperature controllers, ensuring a remarkable temperature accuracy of +/-0.1℃. The furnace's adaptability shines through the ability to create diverse temperature gradients by manipulating parameters such as the temperatures in the two zones and the opening diameter of the furnace body.

 

Incorporating a quartz tube with an outer diameter of Φ80mm, an inner diameter of Φ72mm, and a length of 800mm, the furnace prioritizes the integrity of the crystal growth environment. The stainless steel sealing flange ensures a hermetic seal, maintaining a controlled atmosphere within the quartz tubes. The inclusion of a servo motor, working in tandem with a high-precision linear module, facilitates smooth and uninterrupted motion. This combination offers two adjustable modes for lifting and moving, accommodating both slow and fast adjustments, with a maximum travel stroke of 200mm. The highly customizable movement speed range spans from 0.03mm/hr to 30mm/hr with an accuracy of +/-1um, catering to specific customer requirements and providing a tailored solution for crystal growth processes.

 

The sealing flanges incorporated into the design play a critical role, with the top flange featuring a pressure sensor and a Φ6.35mm air outlet, while the bottom flange integrates a KF25 vacuum interface and a Φ6.35mm air inlet. The bottom flange, uniquely driven by a stepping motor, facilitates the loading and retrieval of the graphite crucible, measuring Φ60mm in diameter and 70mm in height. The crucible table, mounted on the bottom flange, enhances the furnace's overall functionality. Vacuum capabilities of the furnace range from 10-2torr with a mechanical pump to an impressive 10-5torr when utilizing a molecular pump system, ensuring an environment conducive to optimal crystal growth.

 

Controlled via a touch screen panel, users can manage the furnace body's movement speed, stroke, temperature, and internal pressure of the furnace tube. This control panel offers additional functionalities such as setting pre-pull times, displaying temperature control curves, and saving, recording, or exporting temperature curve data. The temperature control system comprises two Eurothermo instruments for each temperature zone, maintaining an accuracy of +/-0.1℃. Three K-type thermocouples are strategically placed for monitoring and regulating temperatures, contributing to precise temperature control. The inclusion of a digital display pressure sensor and a solenoid valve on the sealing flange further enhances the furnace's capabilities, ensuring consistent air pressure within the furnace tube across a control range of 0.01MPa to 0.02MPa.
