It comes in two variations, accommodating either four or six sample transfer chambers, each boasting different dimensions to cater to varying sample sizes. The drive arm lengths range from 140mm to 200mm, allowing for precise control and movement. The sample diameter accommodates sizes up to 200mm, with customization available for larger samples. Maximum delivery distances extend from 540mm to 820mm, offering flexibility in sample positioning. The manipulator lifting capability ensures sample thicknesses ranging from 0.3 to 4mm. The equipment features a KF40 vacuum interface and achieves an ultimate vacuum of 3.0x10-4Pa, courtesy of a Molecular Pump.
