Product Description
Introducing our vertical two-zone tube furnace, a sophisticated and compact system meticulously crafted for crystal growth applications. This innovative furnace operates seamlessly with a selectable power consumption of 1.5KW, compatible with both 110V AC and 220V. Its dual heating zones, each spanning 100mm for a combined length of 200mm, are independently controlled by two programmable digital temperature controllers. With a maximum heating temperature of 1200℃ and the ability to sustain continuous operation at 1100℃, this furnace provides a versatile platform for precise temperature management.
The furnace's flexibility extends to its temperature gradient control, allowing users to tailor thermal profiles by adjusting the temperature of the two heating zones or modifying the opening diameter. Achieving a maximum temperature gradient of 1℃/cm, users have the autonomy to determine the optimal thermal conditions for their specific applications. The system includes a 2" quartz tube (50mm O.D x 44mm I.D x 600mm L) with a sealed flange dedicated to crystal growth. Ni-SS hanging wires, with a maximum working temperature of 800℃, come standard, and optional wires like Ni-Cr-Al and Platinum are available for specific temperature ranges.
Enhancing user control, the system features a motor and controller with a 6" x 4" touch screen, allowing programmable wire descending speeds in three segments. The DC stepper motor ensures precise traveling speed control, with an adjustable pulling speed range from 1 to 500 um/sec and an accuracy of +/- 0.05%. The total stroke length, with a maximum of 350mm, is conveniently managed through the touch screen interface.
Measuring 520mm in length, 430mm in width, and 1100mm in height, our furnace offers a powerful and versatile solution for crystal growth applications. The product comes with a one-year limited warranty and lifetime support, excluding consumable parts like processing tubes, O-rings, and heating elements. With a net weight of 105 kg (230 lbs), this furnace is designed to meet your exacting requirements with precision and reliability.
