Desktop thermal evaporation coater with quartz cavity is a small desktop thermal evaporating coater ,it can provide a maximum of 100A coating current, the maximum evaporating temperature up to 1800℃,and can meet the evaporation of a variety of common metal and part of non-metal

 Product Description

The EVP180G-1S-A Desktop Thermal Evaporation Coater, featuring a quartz cavity, stands as a compact and precision-engineered solution for thermal evaporation processes. With a maximum coating current of 100A and an impressive maximum evaporating temperature of 1800℃, it caters to a diverse range of common metals and selected non-metals. The vacuum chamber, constructed from high-purity quartz, not only facilitates easy observation of the coating process but also simplifies the cleaning process. When paired with the molecular pump group, the coater achieves a limit vacuum of 5x10-4 Pa, ensuring the purity and binding force of the evaporated film.

Installation requirements dictate a working environment with a temperature of 25℃±15℃ and humidity at 55%Rh±10%Rh. Operating on an AC220V power supply at 50Hz with proper grounding, the coater consumes a rated power of 1200W. Argon gas with a purity level of ≥99.99% is recommended for chamber cleaning. The equipment's technical specifications include an evaporation source voltage of 10V, a continuously adjustable evaporation current ranging from 0 to 100A, and the inclusion of a tungsten boat and tungsten basket. The sample table, made of stainless steel, has a 60mm diameter, allowing for an adjustable distance between the sample platform and the evaporation source from 60 to 100mm.

The quartz vacuum cavity, with a diameter of 180mm and a height of 200mm, is equipped with a KF25 air pumping interface for vacuum operations. Operating through a 7-inch color touch screen, the coater provides adjustable sputtering current and safety parameters, including automatic cutoff for overcurrent and excessively low vacuum conditions. Achieving an ultimate vacuum of 5E-4Pa when paired with a molecular pump, vacuum measurement is facilitated by a Parana vacuum gauge with a range of 1~105Pa. Optional accessories, such as a Film Thickness Monitor with high-resolution capabilities and a range of customizable components, enhance the coater's adaptability to specific coating requirements, making it a versatile tool for precise and efficient coating applications.
