The dual temperature zone tube furnace is equipped with a magnetic push rod, which has an exquisite structure and high reliability, and can perform displacement operation on the sample in the tube while keeping the furnace tube vacuum tight. Combined with separate temperature control in dual temperature zones, it can realize a variety of heat treatment processes for users and is an ideal equipment for material research and material processing.

 Product Description

The double-temperature tube furnace is characterized by a set of technical parameters that define its versatile capabilities. Operating on an AC voltage of 220V at a frequency of 50Hz, it boasts a maximum power capacity of 4KW, ensuring efficient performance across various applications. The furnace's heating rate can reach a maximum of 20℃/min, with an optimal recommendation to maintain it at or below 10℃/min for peak efficiency. Its operating temperature specifications showcase a remarkable maximum temperature capability of up to 1200℃, with a continuous working temperature not exceeding 1150℃.

 

Designed with a dual temperature zone heating system, each spanning 200mm, the furnace tube parameters include a tube length of 1000mm, an outer diameter of 60mm, and an inner diameter of 57mm. Ensuring precision in temperature control, the furnace utilizes PID temperature control with an accuracy level of ±1℃, complemented by a K-type thermocouple. The temperature control method allows for separate temperature regulation within the dual temperature zones, incorporating an AI-PID 30-segment process curve for enhanced flexibility. It also incorporates protective measures against overheating and thermocouple failure.

 

Constructed from high purity alumina, the furnace features a vacuum interface of KF16 and allows air inlet through a 6.35 card sleeve connector. The inclusion of a magnetic putter with a moveable length of 500mm enhances functionality, enabling the shifting of samples within the two temperature zones to accommodate diverse heat treatment processes. In terms of dimensions, the double-temperature tube furnace measures 1300mm in length, 420mm in width, and 550mm in height, providing a comprehensive overview of its physical attributes. Collectively, these technical parameters showcase the furnace's capabilities and features, encompassing its power supply, heating rate, temperature range, control methods, materials, and dimensions.
