The JS100 employs gear rotation to achieve efficient roller pressing and features protective elements such as an outer cover and a heat shield. Adhering to the OHSMS18000 standard for occupational safety and health management, it ensures a secure working environment. In terms of technical specifications, the roller boasts a diameter ranging from 2 to Φ96mm, with a surface hardness exceeding HRC60 and a finish of 0.8 or higher. Offering variable rolling thickness from 0 to 2mm and accommodating tablet widths from 0 to 100mm, the vertically placed roller maintains a rolling temperature of 130°C. The feeding speed is adjustable from 0 to 10mm/s, catering to diverse material processing needs.
Powered by an AC220V/50HZ supply, the JS100 consumes 720W of power. For added convenience, it comes with standard accessories, including one internal hexagonal wrench M4, two dial gauges, and one feeler.
