The ProTT-EZ Raman instrument is a highly versatile dual-wavelength Raman tool meticulously crafted for applications spanning both laboratory and field analyses. Its distinguishing feature lies in the integration of Near-Infrared (NIR) and Visible excitation lasers within a singular, portable unit. This innovative combination empowers the instrument to scrutinize an extensive array of specimens, catering to diverse analytical requirements. Noteworthy is its measuring probe, adept at capturing both Raman and fluorescence signals with exceptional signal-to-noise ratios, even within constrained time frames. This capability proves instrumental for tasks like database searches and in-depth analysis, ensuring precise and dependable results. The Gem Professor adhesive is purpose-built, boasting several key features tailored to its unique application demands. It exhibits rapid hardening, expediting bonding processes for increased efficiency. Notably, its debonding process is simplified, requiring only hot water without the necessity for solvents or ovens, streamlining disassembly. Additionally, it maintains an optimal blending ratio (Weight Ratio A : B = 2 : 1), simplifying the mixing process with precision. Well-suited for extensive mounting applications, this adhesive is non-flammable and devoid of unpleasant odors, fostering a safe and comfortable work environment. The Gem Professor adhesive also offers customization options on request, allowing it to be tailored to specific needs and preferences. In terms of specifications, it utilizes a 785nm/532nm laser as its excitation source, with power outputs below 350mw and 200mw for the respective wavelengths. Boasting exceptional power stability, with variations of less than 5%, the spectrometer features a response-enhanced linear CCD array detector with a pixel format of 2048 x 1 elements, providing pixel resolutions of approximately 2 cm-1 per pixel for 785nm and 3 cm-1 per pixel for 532nm. The system can be complemented with an optional camera system and is supported by dedicated system software for control and data collection, incorporating a database search feature for comprehensive analysis. Operating under room temperature conditions, the Gem Professor measures W170 x D370 x H390mm and operates within a voltage range of 100~240v.
