 Product Description

The high-throughput spray pyrolysis system stands as an intelligent tool, accelerating the exploration of new-generation materials for battery electrodes and perovskite solar cells. Leveraging the spray pyrolysis process, wherein a thin film is deposited by spraying a solution on a heated surface, this system excels in efficiently producing chemical compounds, particularly oxides. Historically employed for transparent electrical conductors of Tin oxide (SnO2) or Stannic oxide on glass substrates, this technique has evolved to play a crucial role in the preparation of perovskite thin films and battery electrodes.

 

Crafted with precision, the high-throughput spray pyrolysis system operates seamlessly on a power input of 208 - 240VAC at 50/60Hz, single-phase, boasting a total power rating of 3000W. The system integrates two specialized spray nozzles: a compressive air spray nozzle tailored for thick film coatings and an ultrasonic spray head, assisted by compressed air, equipped with a 150W 120Khz generator, suitable for solutions with viscosities below 30 cps. Ensuring consistent compressive gas delivery, a digital FMC is seamlessly integrated into the system.

 

A quartet of syringe pumps facilitates precise control over mixing, coating solutions, and cleaning, each equipped with a standard 60ml syringe capacity. These pumps offer adjustable line speeds ranging from 1 µm/min to 120 mm/min, ensuring accuracy with a tolerance of ≤ ±0.5% when exceeding 30% FS. The system's design allows for intuitive control through a self-digital control panel or the main touch screen control panel.

 

Enabling efficient solution mixing, the system incorporates a blade stirring mechanism within a small container of Φ25×100mm H (~50ml). The heatable stainless steel vacuum chamber, measuring 650×600×500mm, ensures precise temperature control via a 30-segment programmable controller, maintaining a tolerance of +/- 10°C. A precision X-Y-Z travel mechanism within the chamber facilitates accurate nozzle positioning for localized coating, offering maximum travel distances of 200 mm for the X-Y axis and 60 mm for the Z axis, with adjustable speeds ranging from 1mm/s to 12mm/s.

 

The system's substrate plate, featuring 36 cylinder masks of 18 mm diameter each, is complemented by a heating plate for pyrolysis treatment. The 7" touchscreen control panel on the chamber's front ensures user-friendly programming and management of all spraying parameters, enabling automated operations and point-to-point coating in manual mode. The system, with dimensions measuring 1100L×730W×1500H mm and a net weight of 1000 Kg, comes with a one-year limited warranty, lifetime support, and a pre-purchase demo. A built-in pressure release valve ensures safety against overpressure situations, with a maximum pressure in the chamber set at 0.02 Mpa.
