This innovative device ensures high hydrogen purity exceeding ≥99.999%, while air purity adheres to stringent specifications: water content at 0.0204ppm, carbon dioxide content at 0.039%, and oil content at 0.54ppm. The output flow encompasses a range of 0-310 ml/min for hydrogen and 0-3000 ml/min for air, with an output pressure maintained between 0.02 and 0.4 MPa.

 Product Description

The MC-HA300 exemplifies the seamless integration of hydrogen and air, offering a compact design that is both user-friendly and an ideal gas source product. Notably, it features the adoption of SPE (PEM) technology, ensuring hydrogen purity of ≥99.999%, and air purity meeting precise standards, including water content at 0.0204ppm, carbon dioxide content at 0.039%, and oil content at 0.54ppm. The output flow parameters cover a spectrum of 0-310 ml/min for hydrogen and 0-3000 ml/min for air, with a consistent output pressure between 0.02 and 0.4 MPa.

Examining the comprehensive product parameters, the device operates at an input power of less than 300W, with dimensions measuring 440mm×485mm×350mm. The power supply voltage is AC 220V, 50-60Hz, and it requires deionized water or double distilled water with a resistivity ≥ 1MΩ. The MC-HA300 is equipped with a built-in 4L water storage tank, reducing the need for frequent water additions by test personnel. A molecular sieve drying cylinder efficiently ensures prolonged and effective hydrogen drying. The machine weighs less than 45 kg, providing stable flow, a digital display, automatic tracking, and various alarm features, including overpressure, water shortage, and water accumulation alarms.
