Product Description
This compact and user-friendly hydrogen-air integration device serves various applications, providing an ideal gas source solution. Employing SPE (PEM) technology, it meets stringent criteria, offering hydrogen purity of ≥99.999%. The air component complies with specific purity standards: water content at 0.0204ppm, carbon dioxide content at 0.039%, and oil content at 0.54ppm. The output flow parameters range from 0 to 510 ml/min for hydrogen and 0 to 3000 ml/min for air, with an output pressure of 0.02-0.4 MPa.
Additionally, the device operates with an input power of less than 300W and has dimensions of 440mm×485mm×350mm. The power supply voltage is AC 220V, 50-60Hz, and it requires deionized or double distilled water with a resistivity ≥ 1MΩ. The MC-HA500 boasts a built-in 4L water storage tank, reducing the need for frequent water additions. The molecular sieve drying cylinder efficiently ensures long-term hydrogen drying.
Weighing less than 45 kg, the machine offers stability in flow, digital display, automatic tracking, and various alarm features, including overpressure, water shortage, and water accumulation alarms. Remarkably, it is corrosion-free and environmentally friendly, holding European CE certification, BCEIA Gold Award, and national recognition as a key new product with a patented design (ZL98222451.0) since 1999.
