Hydrogen Gas generator for CVD Grown diamond,The COSMOS MF.H2 Generator is designed for GC-carrier gas and detectors requiring Hydrogen fuel gas, such as FID, FPD, NPD and TCD

 Product Description

The COSMOS MF.H2 Generator is designed for GC-carrier gas and detectors requiring Hydrogen fuel gas, such as FID, FPD, NPD and TCD. The Hydrogen gas is produced from deionised water using the exclusive 100% titanium Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) technology, which provides a very high reliability, new longer life and better H2 purity. The exclusive cold dual dynamic regeneration dryer is completely maintenance free and eliminates all down time for maintenance that is typical of other systems on the market, guaranteeing the best hydrogen purity 24 hours a day. The automatic checking for internal leaks whenever starting the units and constant control of operating parameters, guarantee maximum safety. The touch screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit. The Hydrogen Gas Generator exhibits a range of characteristics and specifications tailored to various operational requirements. It offers flexibility in flow rates, with options of 110, 170, 260, 300, 400, 500, 600, 1000, 1200, 1350, and 1500 cc/min, ensuring precise control over hydrogen delivery. The gas purity exceeds 99.99999%, with an exclusive cold dual regeneration dryer that effectively eliminates moisture and oxygen, obviating the need for frequent desiccant cartridge changes. This generator can operate at pressures up to 11 bar (160 psi), making it suitable for fast and high-speed GC methods. Additionally, there's an optional Cold Palladium Catalyst to further reduce oxygen (< 0.01 ppm) and moisture (< 1 ppm). The heart of this generator lies in its exclusive 100% titanium electrolytic cell, ensuring extended lifespan and superior gas purity. Real-time monitoring is facilitated through an LCD touch screen, providing information on H2 outlet pressure, flow rate, water quality, water level, and auto-diagnostics of breakdowns with alarms. LED indicators indicate the system's status (Ready, Stand-by, Alarm, Off). For remote monitoring and diagnostics, the unit can interface with a customer's PC software via USB, allowing for efficient checks and maintenance through remote connection. Safety is paramount, with automatic checks for internal leaks, guaranteeing maximum safety during operation. The generator also supports cascading mode for expanded capabilities. In terms of specifications, the various models (ranging from MF.H2.110 to MF.H2.1350) offer diverse H2 flow rates, all utilizing long-life multilayer PEM technology for the electrolytic cell. The purity of hydrogen gas remains consistently high (> 99.99999%), with extremely low levels of oxygen (< 0.1 ppm) and a dew point of H2O below -75°C (-103°F). The delivery pressure can be adjusted between 1 to 11 bar (14 to 160 psi). The generator is equipped with an exclusive cold dual regeneration dryer, with an optional Cold Palladium Catalyst to reduce oxygen and moisture levels further. Operating within a temperature range of 5 – 35°C (41 – 95°F) and humidity levels from 80% to 25°C (77°F), the generator features a user-friendly touch screen that provides access to operating parameters, system status, and alarms, complemented by LED indicators for power status and errors. The compact dimensions (27 x 44 x 38 cm or 10.5″ x 17″ x 15″) and varying weights across models ensure versatility. Power consumption varies from 100 W to 440 W, depending on the model, and electrical supply options include 220 – 240 V ac / 1 ph / 50 – 60 Hz or 110 – 120 V ac / 1 ph / 50 – 60 Hz. The water quality required is deionized, ASTM II, with a conductivity of < 0.1 µS. It operates with a supply pressure of max. 6 bar and has an internal water tank with a capacity of 2.3 liters, with an optional external water tank of 5 or 10 liters. Connections include a 1/8 Swagelock for hydrogen outlet and quick-release push-in fitting for water inlet. Communication options encompass USB/PC control in series and RS232/RS485 as an option. Special functions include the ability to operate in cascading mode and an automatic water tank refill option for added convenience and efficiency.
