Innovative control software allows remote monitoring and the connection of several generators together (cascading) to supply applications with a large hydrogen demand. With an output capacity of up to 1,300 ml/min at a purity of 99.99999+% and pressures up to 11.9 bar, the generator is ideal for all GC & GC/MS carrier gas (including fast GC) and combustion detector applications, and a more cost effective alternative to helium. To ensure continuous operation all generators include automatic water feed as standard. The Balston ultra high purity hydrogen generators are designed for producing hydrogen gas on demand, with a maximum output capacity of up to 1,300 ml/min. These generators are known for their exceptional performance, safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. They consistently produce hydrogen gas with an impressive purity level of 99.99999+%. Users can choose from a range of flow rates, including 510 ml/min, 650 ml/min, 850 ml/min, 1,100 ml/min, and 1,300 ml/min, making them versatile for various applications. The generators come with a 1/4" compression outlet connection and adjustable delivery pressure options of 6.8 or 11.9 bar. Additionally, they feature remote monitoring capabilities and include auto water fill as a standard feature. Operating within an ambient temperature range of 10 to 35°C, these generators have electrical requirements of 100-230V at 50/60Hz. Power consumption varies based on the selected flow rate, ranging from 270 Watts to 450 Watts. The dimensions of the generators are 435mm (H) x 342mm (W) x 533mm (D), and they weigh 25 kg (shipping weight: 29 kg).
