This innovative device boasts a hydrogen delivery rate ranging from 0 to 510 ml/min, with a zero gas output flow of 0 to 2000 ml/min. The hydrogen output pressure is fixed at 0.32 MPa, ensuring a high purity level exceeding 99.999%. The zero gas hydrocarbon input concentration is maintained at less than 100ppm, with an impressively low output concentration of 0.1ppm. The zero air input air pressure is set at a minimum of ≥0.4 MPa.

The hydrogen output pressure is consistently at 0.32 MPa, and the hydrogen purity exceeds 99.999%. The zero gas hydrocarbon input concentration remains below 100ppm, while the output concentration achieves an extremely low 0.1ppm. Notably, the zero air input air pressure is set at a minimum of ≥0.4 MPa.
