Ion current oxygen transmitter

SKU: MND-134513

Ion current oxygen transmitter adopts imported ion flow sensor, which has the characteristics of no power supply, no consumption, long service life and easy maintenance. The transmitter comes with a standard RS485 communication port, which can realize two-way communication with the computer.

 Product Description

The Ion Current Oxygen Transmitter stands out as a valuable tool for measuring oxygen concentration, offering a user-friendly interface with a display function for intuitive operation through a dialogue menu. Operating without the need for a reference gas, this transmitter exhibits resilience to fluctuations in the working environment's oxygen concentration, coupled with long calibration intervals that ensure high precision, stability, and reliability. Notably, it features the convenience of point calibration at any time, guaranteeing measurement accuracy across the entire range in a straightforward and efficient manner. Designed for wall-mounted installation, the transmitter simplifies setup and maintenance procedures, enhancing its versatility and user-friendliness in oxygen concentration monitoring.

Operating on the ion current measurement principle, the Ion Current Oxygen Transmitter utilizes a 64x48 dot matrix OLED display to provide data. Capable of measuring oxygen concentrations within the range of 0.1% to 21.0% O2 with a high resolution of 0.1%, it ensures precise measurements with an accuracy of ≤±1% FS and repeatability of ≤±1%. With a swift response time, achieving T90 in under 30 seconds, the transmitter offers a 4-20mA DC analog output (non-isolated) with a load resistance requirement of less than 500 ohms. It also features a dual programmable dry contact passive alarm output with a maximum contact capacity of 220VAC/2A and is equipped with an RS485 communication interface.

Operating within specific temperature and pressure ranges, the transmitter functions at sample gas temperatures between -10°C and +50°C and sample gas pressures within the range of 86-106kPa under steady atmospheric conditions. Suited for environments without flammable or corrosive gases, with dust concentrations not exceeding 1mg/Nm³, the transmitter employs a plug-in (diffusion) sampling method for accurate results. Suitable for environments with humidity levels below 80% RH, it requires a DC24V at 1.5A power supply. With dimensions of 110mm x 99mm x 45mm (H x W x D), an opening size for installation of 96mm x 25mm (H x W), and a standard 3-meter connecting cable, the Ion Current Oxygen Transmitter offers a service life exceeding three years under normal usage conditions. It provides flexibility for wall-mounted or probe plug-in (KF40) installations, catering to various setup requirements.
