Lab desktop anti-corrosion controllable spin coater

SKU: MND-132978
Model: VTC-200P

The Laboratory Desktop Anti-Corrosion Controllable Spin Coater is primarily designed for laboratory applications, enabling precise and uniform coating of various substrates, including wafers, glass, ceramics, and metals, with a wide range of adhesive materials. This process is achieved through the application of centrifugal force, ensuring consistent and even coating results.

 Product Description

This specialized spin coater is well-suited for a variety of surface coating applications, including semiconductors, chemical materials, silicon wafers, substrates, and conductive glass. The VTC-200P model stands out as an anti-corrosion spin coater, constructed from Polypropylene (PP) material, making it ideal for use with active acidic or alkali solutions, especially within a glovebox environment under Ar gas. It comes complete with a 4-inch diameter vacuum chuck for coating wafers up to 6 inches in size. Notably, the digital control box is separated from the spin coater, allowing for remote operation. With variable spinning speeds ranging from 500 to 8000 rpm and two programmable segments, it offers precise control. The package also includes an oilless vacuum pump and a 20ml syringe for immediate use, making it a comprehensive and convenient solution for coating needs.

This versatile spin coater finds its niche in the preparation of coating films, particularly those involving strong acid and strong alkaline coating solutions. Operating through vacuum adsorption to securely fix samples onto the sample tray, the device offers a capacity to store 12 sets of programs, each comprising six operating stages. It dynamically adjusts the equipment's rotation speed in various stages, gradually ramping up to the maximum speed. This approach ensures uniform film formation on the sample surface, minimizing material wastage and promoting material efficiency. The chamber's upper cover can also provide heating, streamlining the coating process for dense film materials. With its attributes of user-friendliness, ease of cleaning, and a compact form factor, it predominantly serves as a valuable tool in university and research institute laboratories for the film formation process.

The Anti-Corrosion Spin Coater boasts a range of standout features. Constructed with Polypropylene (PP), both the case and spin disk exhibit impressive resistance to corrosive solutions. Notably, the digital control box is conveniently separated from the spin coater for streamlined operation. A standard package includes a vital filter, preventing waste water from entering the pump when connecting the two. The coater is paired with a low-noise oilless vacuum pump, delivering strong suction to securely hold the substrate on the rotary table and prevent any dislodgment. Safety is paramount, ensured by the vacuum and lid switch interlock system. With an inner chamber diameter of 150mm and a Φ100mm PP anti-corrosive vacuum chuck, it can handle debris up to 6 inches in diameter. Further enhancing its precision, the coater features a digital control panel with six programmable segments for tailored rotation times and speeds. The motor's quick and stable startup guarantees consistency and uniformity in layer thickness for reliable performance.

The Anti-Corrosion Spin Coater comes with a set of specifications tailored for versatile performance. It operates on default 220VAC, 50/60Hz, single-phase power, with a maximum power consumption of 1000W. Optionally, a 110VAC version is available with a 1500W transformer. The coater includes a power socket on the back of the Digital control box, primarily used to power the vacuum pump, with the output voltage matching the input voltage of the spin coater (e.g., if connected to AC 110V, it supplies AC 110V). The coater provides precise spin speed control through its digital control panel, featuring six programmable segments for different spin times and speeds. The maximum programmable spin time is 360 seconds, while the spinning speed is adjustable within the range of 500 to 8000 RPM at each segment. The coater's motor is a 24VDC Brushless type with a maximum power rating of 200W, and it has a net weight of 25 kg, ensuring both robustness and ease of operation.

The compact Anti-Corrosion Spin Coater is designed for efficient operation. It features a 150mm chamber diameter and a Φ100mm PP anti-corrosive vacuum chuck capable of securely holding up to 6-inch diameter substrates. The coater includes a 120L/min oilless vacuum pump and a 20mL syringe for the coating material. The digital control box, measuring 23cm x 32cm x 16cm, is integrated into the system, while the spin coater itself stands at 25.2cm in diameter and 41cm in height, offering a compact yet functional design.
