Laboratory embedded oxygen monitor

SKU: MND-134515

Laboratory embedded oxygen monitor is widely used in the monitoring of environmental oxygen content in hospitals, factories, hotels, schools, laboratories, cold storage and other environments. Laboratory embedded oxygen monitor has a friendly man-machine dialogue menu, which is intuitive and convenient to operate, The calibration interval is long, high precision, stable and reliable.

 Product Description

The Laboratory Embedded Oxygen Monitor stands out with its modular design, offering users the flexibility to incorporate an altitude measurement module for enhanced adaptability. In terms of performance, it excels by providing a prolonged service life and swift response, surpassing electrochemical and ultrasonic alternatives. A distinctive advantage lies in its operation without a dedicated power source, resulting in minimal power consumption, an extended service life, and simplified maintenance.

The monitor's independence from reference gases further sets it apart, ensuring it remains unaffected by variations in the oxygen concentration of its operating environment. Precision in measurements is assured through the integration of a high-precision temperature automatic compensation system, effectively mitigating the impact of ambient temperature fluctuations. With a wide measurement range spanning from 0 to 40.0% O2, the Laboratory Embedded Oxygen Monitor demonstrates versatility and applicability across diverse laboratory settings.

Operating on the ion current measuring principle, the monitor features a clear 128×64 dot matrix LCD display. Covering a measuring range from 0 to 40.0% O2, it attains a remarkable level of precision with measurement accuracy less than ±1% FS and repeatability below ±1%. The swift response time, or T90, is 30 seconds, ensuring consistency in readings. Providing essential data through a 4-20mA.DC analog output (non-isolated), suitable for load resistance below 500 ohms, the monitor also offers a single programmable dry contact passive alarm output with a contact capacity of up to 220VAC/2A. Power supply requirements range from 18 to 36V DC, with power consumption capped at less than 5W.

The sample gas temperature range extends from -10 to +50℃, while ambient humidity should remain under 80% RH. Employing a free diffusion sampling method, the monitor operates in environments free of flammable or corrosive gases, with dust levels less than 1mg/Nm3. With an extended service life exceeding 5 years under standard usage conditions, the installation can be seamlessly performed with the probe suction-mounted and the display header embedded. Optional parameters include atmospheric pressure ranging from 30 to 120KPa, an expanded ambient temperature range from -40℃ to +85℃, and humidity from 0 to 100% RH, adding further customization possibilities.
