Laboratory high precision ultrasonic automatic spin spray coater

SKU: MND-132980

Introducing the Laboratory High Precision Ultrasonic Automatic Spin Spray Coater, an efficient and cost-effective solution for achieving ultra-uniform liquid-phase coatings on large substrates up to 12" in size. This comprehensive system comprises four key components: a 12" spin coater equipped with a vacuum chuck, a compressed air-assisted ultrasonic spray nozzle mounted on a swing arm, a heatable syringe pump, and a heat lamp system designed for substrate heating. Together, these elements facilitate precise and consistent coating processes, making it an ideal choice for various applications.

 Product Description

The Laboratory High Precision Ultrasonic Automatic Spin Spray Coater combines the advantages of spin and spray techniques to achieve dense and uniform liquid-phase coatings on large substrates. Its versatile applications include low-temperature precipitation, polymer coating, powder and composite material coating, and even coating on patterned or uneven substrates. The system offers both spin-only and spray-only modes. Constructed from durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the coater guarantees longevity and easy maintenance. The rapid and stable motor startup ensures consistent coating thickness and uniformity.

The Laboratory High Precision Ultrasonic Automatic Spin Spray Coater is equipped with a vacuum chuck featuring adjustable substrate holders, accommodating flat substrates up to 12 inches in diameter or 8 inches square. It includes an oil-less pump dedicated to the vacuum chuck, conveniently controlled by the spin coater itself. The coater offers adjustable spin speeds ranging from 300 to 3000 rpm, although it is recommended to limit speeds to 2000 rpm for safety when using wafers larger than 8 inches.

The Laboratory High Precision Ultrasonic Automatic Spin Spray Coater comes with a comprehensive ultrasonic spray system. It includes a single ultrasonic generator that powers two ultrasonic spray nozzles equipped with compressed air shapers. You'll find two spray nozzles with KF-25 adapters included: one cylindrical type with a narrower spray pattern of around 20mm in diameter and one cone type with a wider spray pattern of approximately 40mm in diameter. To achieve optimal results with aqueous solutions, a recommended compressed air pressure of approximately 2 psi is advised. The system also features a built-in flow meter for precise regulation and monitoring of compressed air flow. Additionally, a swing arm is provided for mounting the ultrasonic spray head, offering adjustable speed and a wide range of movement.
