H1200-1L high pressure tube furnace is mainly composed of three parts: heating system, high temperature and high pressure furnace tube and pressure measurement and control system. It can realize the three functions of automatic stamping, overpressure release and automatic temperature control. It is also equipped with process software, which can realize the whole collection of data during the sintering process, and provide the most true and reliable basis for the analysis and research of experimental data. The equipment can be widely used for high temperature and high pressure processing of nano materials, high temperature and high pressure sintering of special functional ceramics, and this high temperature and high pressure modulation method is used to change the thermal properties and electrical conductivity of the materials. The technical parameters of the mini high-pressure tube furnace are as follows. It operates with a supply voltage of AC220V/110V, at a frequency of 50Hz/60Hz, and has a total power capacity of 2KW. The operating temperature for this furnace is maintained at or below 1100℃, and it is suggested to heat the furnace at a rate of 10℃/min. The temperature inside the furnace is monitored using a K-type thermocouple. The furnace tube is constructed with an outer diameter of φ60mm, an inner diameter of φ25mm, and a length of 600mm, utilizing super high-temperature alloy material. The sealing flange is of the pressure type, and pressure measurements are facilitated by a semiconductor pressure gauge. For overvoltage protection, a safety vent valve is in place. The heating zone is a single zone spanning 200mm, and temperature control is achieved through a PID automatic control system for heating rate, cooling rate, and holding time. It also offers PID control for over-temperature protection and thermocouple failure protection. The furnace includes over-temperature protection with an alarm function, enabling unattended operation. Temperature accuracy is maintained within ±1℃, ensuring precision. It further supports AI-PID with a 30-segment process curve, capable of storing multiple temperature profiles. The mini high-pressure tube furnace is designed to operate under various working pressures, with a maximum of ≤4Mpa at 800℃, ≤2.5Mpa at 900℃, ≤1.2Mpa at 1000℃, and ≤0.8Mpa at 1100℃. It is compatible with non-corrosive gases such as nitrogen, argon, and oxygen for its working gas requirements.
