O1200X-RTP is a CE certifiable compact and rapid thermal process split tube furnace with a max. working temperature of 1200℃ and a sliding chamber with all parts . The furnace can be adopted either a 2"~4”(100mm) O.D quartz tube with a pair of stainless steel vacuum sealing flanges. The built-in precision temperature controller can provide up to 30 segments of heating and cooling steps with +/- 1 °C accuracy. The movable chamber design can achieve fast heating and fast cooling with 100℃/min heating/cooling rate.

The inclusion of dual cooling fans ensures that the furnace's body temperature remains below 60℃ during operation, contributing to its longevity and user comfort. Control options are user-friendly, offering an LED button controller or a 5” or 7” LCD touch panel, enhancing convenience in operation. The furnace exhibits a commendable performance spectrum, reaching a limiting temperature of 1200℃ while maintaining a working temperature of ≤1150℃. It achieves a heating rate of up to 100℃/min, with a single-zone heating span of 400mm. Users benefit from flexibility in selecting outer tube diameters, ranging from 50mm to 100mm, and can customize tube lengths to meet specific requirements, including 1000mm, 1200mm, or 1400mm. Temperature control remains precise, boasting an accuracy of ±1℃, courtesy of the Fe-Cr-Al alloy heating element and K-type thermal couple. With a power capacity of 2.5kW, the furnace employs a 30-step programmable PID control system for meticulous temperature regulation. The chamber, constructed with alumina fiber, prioritizes insulation, and safety features include both over-temperature and over-current alarm systems. The furnace operates on a standard working voltage of 220V at 50Hz, with customizable options available to meet specific voltage requirements, making it a comprehensive solution for high-temperature applications across a spectrum of scientific and industrial domains.
