Online paramagnetic oxygen analyzer

SKU: MND-134531

Online paramagnetic oxygen analyzer is applied to real-time online analysis of oxygen concentration in air separation, medical, petrochemical and other occasions. Online paramagnetic oxygen analyzer has a large-screen LCD touch screen with its own dynamic and historical data curve display. It has the characteristics of fast response, high measurement accuracy and long calibration period.

 Product Description

The Online paramagnetic oxygen analyzer stands out with its distinctive features, primarily utilizing an original imported mechanical paramagnetic oxygen sensor that eliminates the need for standard gas as a reference. This unique attribute ensures accuracy and reliability in oxygen measurement independently, free from external dependencies. The analyzer incorporates a built-in PID flow automatic control function, effectively counteracting the impact of sample gas pressure fluctuations on measurement accuracy, enhancing precision even in dynamic conditions. Additionally, a high-precision automatic compensation system addresses variations in temperature, pressure, and mounting position, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements across diverse operating conditions.

In terms of performance, the analyzer is known for its swift response, high measurement accuracy, and extended calibration cycles. These attributes contribute to its dependability for precise oxygen analysis in various applications, reducing the need for frequent calibration and maintenance and enhancing overall efficiency. The technical parameters of the Online paramagnetic oxygen analyzer include an impressive detection range from 0.01% to 99.99% O2, allowing precise measurement of oxygen concentrations across a wide spectrum. The measurements are displayed through a high-resolution 640 × 480 dot matrix LCD touch screen, improving user interface and data visualization. The analyzer demonstrates exceptional resolution, accuracy, and repeatability, ensuring consistent and reliable measurements. Stability over time is maintained, and the analyzer boasts a swift response time of under 3 seconds (T10 ~ T90).

For data output, it provides a 4-20mA DC analog output and a 0-10V DC analog output, both designed for non-isolated operation. Additionally, it offers two-way programmable passive alarm outputs, supporting a contact maximum capacity of 220VAC/2A. Communication interfaces include RS232 and RS485. Versatile in power supply, the analyzer accepts AC85~264V at 50/60Hz and operates effectively in environments with humidity levels below 90% RH. The sample gas temperature range is adjustable, and the analyzer can be stored within a wide temperature range. Operating within an inlet working pressure range and featuring a natural emptying outlet, the sampling mode is through the introduction of sample gas via a pass-in mechanism. The analyzer is compatible with various background gases and exhibits a compact design with a remarkable service life exceeding eight years under normal use conditions. With an air circuit interface featuring NPT1/8 internal threading, and an embedded installation method, it proves to be a versatile and durable solution for oxygen analysis in diverse applications.
