The Precision Temperature Controlled Hi Vacuum Thermal Evaporating Coater is a sophisticated apparatus designed for precise film deposition. Featuring a 6"OD quartz chamber for easy cleaning and sample loading, as well as a 2" diameter rotatable sample holder for uniform film coating, this coater is equipped with both Alumina and Tungsten heaters, enabling operation at low and high temperatures up to an impressive 1700ºC. The precision temperature control is facilitated by a digital controller with 30 programmable segments and an accuracy of +/- 1ºC. With the capacity to achieve high vacuum levels up to 10E-5 torr with the optional turbo pump, the coater is suitable for various applications, including chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and features a gas flow port and valve for CVD processes. The input power requirements are AC 208 - 220V, 50/60Hz, single phase, drawing 500W with a maximum current of 30A. The Tungsten Heater, integrated with a thermal couple at the bottom of the alumina crucible, offers a heating range from 200ºC to 1500ºC, extendable to 1700ºC with the optional B-type Thermal Couple. Additional features include a 50mm diameter rotatable sample stage with adjustable distance from the evaporation source (60mm to 100mm), a KF40 vacuum port for pump connection, and an Anti-Corrosive Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge to measure vacuum levels up to 10E-6 torr. The coater also includes a built-in 1/4 NPS gas inlet port with a needle valve for inert gas cleaning or forming gas processing. For effective operation, a vacuum pump is required (not included), with options such as a Double Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump or a Compact Turbo-molecular Vacuum Pump System. The coater is CE certified, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and it comes with a warranty for added assurance.
