 Product Description

The programmable dip coating machine with a vertical tube furnace stands as a versatile solution catering to the demands of high-temperature lifting coating research across various applications. Operating with a sophisticated design, the sample is fixed under the drawing mechanism, descending to the charging box beneath the tube to immerse in the liquid film material for a specified duration. Subsequently, it is retracted into the tube furnace for rapid film curing through heating. The vertical tube furnace ensures a high-temperature coating environment, reaching temperatures of up to 1000°C. This coating machine proves particularly well-suited for materials conducive to film growth at elevated temperatures, including ceramic films, crystal films, battery materials films, and specialized nano films. Its adaptability positions it as a valuable tool for evolving film-forming technologies in high-temperature conditions. Featuring user-friendly operation and easy maintenance, this machine exemplifies efficiency in demanding research environments.

The programmable dip coating machine integrates a comprehensive set of technical specifications to support diverse applications. Operating at a working voltage of 110V AC (or 220V) with a maximum power consumption of 50W, it employs a 6" (L) × 4" (W) touch screen display for control, providing three-stage pulling speed options. With a total stroke length of 620mm, precise control over the coating process is achieved. The pulling speed can be programmed within the range of 1-200 mm/min with an impressive accuracy of +/- 0.05%, and dwell times within the constant temperature zone can vary from 1 to 999 seconds. Optional customization for lower or higher pulling and dipping speeds is available upon request. The vertical tube furnace operates at a working voltage of 110V AC or 220V, with a maximum power consumption of 2KW. Its 2" (OD) × 24" (L) tube, featuring a heating zone length of 12" (300mm), reaches a maximum heating temperature of 1200°C, with continuous working temperature at 1100°C. Precision heating is facilitated by a 30-segment programmable digital temperature controller. Notably, the maximum working temperature for dip coating depends on the pulling wire. The machine's stage comprises three sections: the lower stage (pre-heat zone) measuring 236mm, the center stage (constant temperature zone) at 150mm, and the upper stage (cooling zone) with a length of 234mm. The entire system's product dimensions are 560mm (L) × 470mm (W) × 1435mm (H). Ensuring safety and quality, it complies with CE certification standards. Weighing 105 kg (230 lbs) net and 137 kg (300 lbs) in shipping weight, its packaged dimensions of 48" (L) × 45" (W) × 70" (H) facilitate transport and installation in diverse research and industrial settings.
