This equipment is a rotary furnace, equipped with a large-size furnace tube with a diameter of 200mm, and is equipped with a feeding mechanism and a rotating mechanism to ensure continuous and uniform reaction.

 Product Description

The rotary furnace, exemplified by the SH40 model, stands as a versatile and indispensable piece of equipment designed for continuous and uniform reactions in a laboratory setting. Equipped with a substantial furnace tube boasting a diameter of 200mm, this rotary furnace integrates feeding and rotating mechanisms to ensure a seamless and consistent reaction process. Its broad applicability spans across diverse fields, including lithium battery materials, rare earth materials, magnetic materials, kaolin mineral materials, glaze pigments, ceramic equipment, active refractory materials, and catalyst materials.

Operated with an AC power supply rated at AC380V and 50Hz, providing a robust 45kW power capacity, the SH40 furnace is engineered for flexibility, accommodating a productivity range from 0 to 40kg/h. With a maximum working temperature of 500℃, it caters to a wide spectrum of heat treatment processes. The furnace tube, measuring φ200mm in diameter and 600mm in length, offers ample space for various materials and samples. Notably, its continuously adjustable tilt angle, ranging from 0 to 10°, provides precise control over sample orientation. The variable rotation speed, from 0 to 3.3rpm, enhances adaptability to different experimental requirements.

Controlled by an AI-PID 30-segment process curve temperature control method, the SH40 furnace ensures precise temperature control with an accuracy of ±1℃. It incorporates protective measures against overheating and thermocouple failure, reinforcing its reliability and safety. The furnace tube's construction from high-purity quartz underscores the equipment's commitment to material purity and thermal stability. The SH40 furnace's compact yet sturdy design, measuring 1800mm in length, 870mm in width, and 1750mm in height, makes it an ideal choice for laboratories, research institutions, and industrial applications seeking efficiency and reliability in experimental testing and small-batch production.
