 Product Description

The glove box presents a comprehensive suite of advanced features to enhance its functionality. These include automated processes for precise air pressure control, detection, purification, and reduction. Its user-friendly interface boasts a color touchscreen with bilingual support (Chinese and English), facilitating effortless access to various functions and fostering seamless interaction between operators and the system. Equipped with a closed-loop gas circulation system that operates free from oil or vacuum, this glove box offers dependable performance. Additionally, it enables automatic air pressure control within a customizable range of + / - 12mbar and streamlines the cleaning process with automated controls, ensuring gas conservation and a safe environment for solvent-based operations. A foot switch for air pressure adjustment, components from renowned international brands, exceptional sealing capabilities, and automated data logging further solidify its position as a cutting-edge glove box solution.
 

The technical parameters of the glove box are as follows: the box chamber is constructed from 3mm-thick 304 stainless steel, measuring 1200mm in length, 770mm in height, and 900mm in width. It features an inclined design operation surface with an 8mm thick removable toughened glass window. The gloves are made of 0.4mm thick North butyl material, with 8-inch glove mouths. The working pressure can be adjusted within the range of -12mbar to +12mbar and is monitored by a German Haswasser pressure sensor. Illumination is provided by energy-efficient LED lighting. The glove box includes two storage rack layers and stands at 920mm in height, equipped with swivel castors and a stainless steel horizontal support. It features KF40 interface joints, operates on 220V ± 10% 50Hz ± 10% power supply, and is equipped with a HEPA standard filter with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 μM. The leakage rate is less than 0.05vol% per hour, and the box incorporates an automatic cleaning function for rapid atmosphere replacement.

The transition chamber is a vital component of the system, consisting of a large chamber (Φ 390mm * 600mm) and a small chamber (Φ 150 mm * 300 mm), both constructed from 3mm thick SUS304 stainless steel. Positioned on the right side, the large and small transition cabins feature sliding SUS304 trays (300 mm * 450 mm for the large chamber and a semi-circular tray for the small chamber) and lever lock compression-type hatch covers for efficient sealing. The large chamber operates with manual opening and closing, along with an automatic air extraction and replenishment function via the touch screen interface. Conversely, the small chamber requires manual operation of a three-way ball valve for air extraction and replenishment. Both chambers can achieve a vacuum level of ≤ -0.1MPa, as indicated on the digital display, supported by a German WIKA earthquake-resistant vacuum pressure gauge for precise monitoring.
