SKU: MND-134161
Model: EVP180G-LV

This is a small evaporation coating machine. The evaporation temperature is from 200 ℃ to 1700 ℃, using tungsten wire basket as evaporation source. The evaporation source coat is high purity alumina crucible. The distance between sample stage and evaporation source is adjustable.

 Product Description

The EVP180G-LV small evaporation coating machine is a highly precise and versatile solution designed for meticulous coatings in laboratory settings. Its compact structure and small size make it a cost-effective choice for researchers seeking efficient evaporation and coating of metal and certain organic materials. The instrument features a high precision temperature control system, utilizing a cycle heating method to ensure stable evaporation of metals and organic matter. The sample stage, with a φ80mm size, offers adjustable positioning between 20mm and 50mm from the evaporation source, providing flexibility in the coating process.

The evaporation source, equipped with a tungsten wire basket, can reach temperatures up to 1700℃, monitored by an S-type thermocouple for accurate temperature control. The vacuum chamber, constructed from high-purity quartz with dimensions of φ180mm×100mm, allows for complete visibility of the coating process. The removable top cover of the chamber facilitates easy access and sample placement. The instrument's vacuum system incorporates a bipolar rotary vane vacuum pump, rapidly achieving a vacuum degree of 1.0E-1Pa, meeting the stringent vacuum requirements for evaporation and coating experiments.

Operating on an AC 220V, 50/60Hz power supply, with a total power consumption of 800W, this small evaporation coating machine is designed for efficiency and convenience. Weighing 15kg and featuring compact dimensions of 360mm×300mm×470mm, it offers a portable and reliable solution for laboratories engaging in precise evaporation coating applications. Its applications span the evaporation and coating of a wide range of metals and select organic materials, making it an invaluable asset in diverse research endeavors.
