The Small Rotary Tube Furnace stands as a versatile and user-friendly equipment, offering a friction drive system that eliminates the need for additional fixation, allowing for convenient disassembly of the furnace tube for sample extraction. This feature enhances the practicality of the equipment, particularly in laboratory settings where ease of use is essential. Designed for the sintering of inorganic compounds, this rotary tube furnace introduces a unique capability through its continuous 360° rotation of the working tube via mechanical transmission. This innovative design ensures the thorough stirring and mixing of materials within the tube, promoting a uniform heating effect.

 

Operating on an AC voltage of 220V at a frequency of 50Hz, with a maximum power consumption of 4.5KW, this furnace is equipped with a single heating zone measuring 440mm in length. It provides a broad operating temperature range, with a maximum temperature of 1200°C and continuous operation possible at temperatures up to 1100°C. Precise temperature control is achieved with an accuracy of ±1°C, employing an AI-PID control system with a 30-section process curve and the capability to store multiple profiles for varied experiments.

 

The furnace tube, crafted from high-purity quartz with dimensions of φ100mm in outer diameter and 1000mm in length, ensures a clean and stable environment for experiments. The sealing mechanism utilizes a vacuum stainless steel flange, guaranteeing airtight and controlled conditions within the furnace. The rotary feature further enhances functionality, allowing for adjustable rotation speeds ranging from 10 to 20 revolutions per minute.
