Our A1400-ZQ soft metal sintering furnace represents a breakthrough in the processing of cobalt-chromium alloy, commonly known as soft metal. Renowned for its excellent biocompatibility and non-toxicity, cobalt-chromium alloy has found widespread use in the medical field. However, the intricate forming and sintering processes associated with this alloy have posed significant challenges, limiting its adoption in the denture industry and hindering overall industry development. Following two and a half years of dedicated technical research, our company proudly introduces the first "cobalt-chromium alloy dental sintering furnace" designed for production use.

 

This soft metal sintering furnace revolutionizes the high-temperature sintering process for cobalt-chromium alloy dentures. Equipped with an intelligent temperature control system capable of storing multiple sintering curves, the main control chip intelligently manages gas inlet adjustments. All operations are streamlined through an intuitive touch screen interface, simplifying the entire process. The A1400-ZQ furnace stands as the optimal choice for the production of cobalt-chromium dentures, offering precision and efficiency in the soft metal sintering process.

 

Specifically, the A1400-ZQ features a lifting-type chamber structure with a silent lift mechanism, ensuring efficient and quiet operation. The chamber dimensions measure φ100×150mm, providing a volume of 1.2 liters. Constructed from imported alumina fiber, the chamber material enhances durability and overall furnace performance. Operated through a user-friendly HD full-color LCD touch screen, the furnace offers a working temperature range of 0 to 1400℃ and a heating rate of ≤60℃/min. The single heating zone design ensures precise temperature control with an accuracy of ±1℃. Temperature adjustments are made possible through 30 programmable steps and PID automatic control, with temperature measurement facilitated by an S-type thermal couple for enhanced accuracy. The furnace accommodates both pure air and inert gas, with automated gas switching managed by the program. The gas interface is equipped with a 1/4" ferrule connector (Ø8 pagoda-shape connector). The power supply requirement is AC: 220V 50/60Hz.
