 Product Description

The two-temperature zone tube furnace is a sophisticated instrument designed to cater to diverse experimental needs with precision and versatility. This integrated system comprises a dual temperature zone tube furnace, a temperature-controlled evaporator, and a humidity monitor. The furnace's horizontal tube passes through the chamber, surrounded by evenly distributed heating elements, ensuring a uniform temperature field with a controlled internal and external temperature difference of approximately 3℃. The furnace's cushioned upper cover support structure allows for safe operation during opening.

 

The combination of the temperature-controlled evaporator and humidity monitor enables continuous water vapor production meeting specific test ratio requirements. By observing the humidity monitor's indication, the water vapor generation rate can be finely tuned by adjusting the heating rate of the temperature-controlled evaporator. For enhanced control of gas composition and humidity, integrating a three-channel float flowmeter is recommended, making it ideal for liquid source and chemical precursor transport in CVD processes.

 

Operating at AC110V and 60Hz, the furnace achieves temperatures up to 1100℃ with a recommended heating rate of 10℃/min. Temperature control accuracy is maintained at ±1℃ through a PID system, ensuring precise regulation of heating and cooling rates and holding times. The furnace tube, constructed from high-purity quartz material, ensures thermal stability and purity. The sealing flange incorporates both gas and vacuum interfaces with 1/4-inch connectors for versatile applications.

 

Additional features include a B-type thermocouple for temperature sensing and control, a 300mL capacity evaporator with a heating jacket operating temperature of ≤250℃, and a three-channel anti-corrosion float flowmeter with stainless steel needle valves. The system is equipped with a precision programmable temperature controller, SS needle valves, and a pressure gauge on the container. The humidity monitor with a KF25 adapter measures humidity in the range of 0-100% RH with 1.5% FS accuracy or -60° to +60°DP, achieving a measurement accuracy of ±0.3°. These detailed technical specifications position the two-temperature zone tube furnace as a precise and versatile instrument, well-suited for a variety of experimental applications, particularly those demanding controlled temperature and humidity conditions.
