 Product Description

The Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Coater, identified as model USP130-A, embodies a sophisticated array of technical features that ensure optimal functionality for diverse applications. Operating on AC220V at 50Hz, the coater exhibits a maximum power consumption of 3.5KW, intelligently distributing power usage between the compressor and peristaltic pump, totaling 1.5KW. The 40KHz, 130W ultrasonic sprayer within this coater demonstrates versatility by accommodating liquids with viscosities ranging from 1 to 50mPa·s (cP). It excels in applications requiring precise control over parameters such as solution quantity, spray particle speed and size, and substrate temperature.

 

Originally devised for the deposition of oxides and transparent electrode preparation, this method has evolved to become a prominent technique in the fabrication of perovskite solar cells. The coater's integrated design facilitates accurate control over its functions, meeting the varied experimental needs of users. The X-Y axis nozzle stroke capability extends up to 190mm, complemented by adjustable moving speeds ranging from 10 to 180mm/min in both the X-axis and Y-axis directions. The substrate heater plate, measuring 150mm×150mm, reaches a maximum temperature of 500℃, managed through AI-PID temperature control.

 

The coater includes two dispensing tanks (50mL and 250mL capacities) and a peristaltic pump offering a dispensing rate from 0.006 to 41mL/min. This configuration provides flexibility to accommodate varying material quantities while ensuring precise and uniform coatings. Control of the coater is intuitive, facilitated through an industrial computer interface paired with an instrument panel, ensuring user-friendly operation and meticulous parameter management. Despite its comprehensive capabilities, the coater maintains a compact form, measuring 850mm×850mm×1450mm, positioning itself as an efficient and versatile solution for ultrasonic spray pyrolysis coating applications.
