The Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Furnace, featuring a sophisticated two-heating zone split vertical tube structure, is an advanced thermal processing solution with exceptional precision and versatility. Equipped with two precision temperature controllers that independently provide a 30-segment heating and cooling program with an impressive +/- 1℃ accuracy, this furnace ensures precise control over temperature profiles. Mounted on a heavy-duty mobile cart, the vertical tube furnace offers convenient mobility, facilitating easy relocation within your workspace.
This furnace's innovative design incorporates an ultrasonic spray nozzle, capable of atomizing liquid or water using gravity and low-pressure compressed air. Moreover, a volumetric feeder is integrated for introducing solid powder into the furnace, allowing for the creation of a core/shell structure. For added flexibility, the furnace offers the option of exchanging the vertical configuration for a horizontal one at no extra cost. Additionally, users can choose to upgrade to a 120 KHz Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle at an additional cost, enhancing its capabilities.
Operating with a total power consumption of 6KW and a voltage of AC 208-240V Single Phase, 50/60 Hz, this furnace achieves a maximum temperature of 1200℃ for each zone in less than one hour. Continuous temperature maintenance at 1100℃ for each zone is also possible. The furnace's heating rate is carefully controlled, kept within the range of <= 20℃/min, and temperature accuracy is maintained at +/- 1℃.
Key structural components include a one-meter long quartz tube with an outer diameter of 100mm and an inner diameter of 95mm, as well as foam ceramic blocks with alumina coating for O-ring protection. The heating zone, divided into 200mm at the bottom and 200mm at the top, provides a constant temperature zone of 300mm (+/-1℃) when both heating zones are set to the same temperature.
Temperature control is facilitated by a user-friendly controller with 30 programmable segments, PID Auto-Tune function, and built-in safety features like over-temperature protection and alarm capabilities, ensuring reliable unattended operation. The furnace is equipped with a vacuum sealing flange, gas connections, and an RS485 Communication Port for remote monitoring and control.
With dimensions of 550mm x 380mm x 520mm (excluding the mobile cart) and a net weight of approximately 80 kg, this furnace is designed for optimal performance in various laboratory and industrial applications, offering exceptional reliability and precision in thermal processing.
