 Product Description

The O1200-R100IT-AF rotary tube furnace, designed for sintering, melting, and analyzing metals, non-metals, and their compounds under diverse atmospheres or vacuum conditions, stands out with its innovative features. Operating at AC220V, 50Hz, and boasting a power capacity of 7.5 kW, this vacuum atmosphere rotary tube furnace incorporates a double-layer air-cooling structure to maintain a surface temperature of ≤60℃. The furnace tube, crafted from high purity quartz, spans 1500mm in length with a φ100mm outer diameter. Its heating zone, powered by imported alloy wire heating elements, reaches a maximum temperature of 1150℃, with a working temperature capped at or below 1050℃.

Precise temperature control is facilitated through a K type thermocouple and a sophisticated touch screen interface on the temperature controller. Achieving a temperature stability of ±2℃ and an accuracy of ±1℃, this controller allows for the pre-storage of multiple heating curves, each featuring 30 programmable steps. This comprehensive control system encompasses the heating rate, cooling speed, and dwell time, incorporating PID automatic adjustment, thermocouple failure protection, over-temperature protection, and alarm functionality.

The furnace is equipped with an automatic feeder, securely mounted via a vacuum seal, ensuring controlled material feed at a rate of ≤97cm3/min. Gas introduction during the feeding process enhances material protection. An automatic gather tank with a 5L capacity facilitates the collection of materials post-reaction, with the option to introduce gas for additional material protection. Notably, the tube furnace offers a variable rotation speed for the tube (0 to 10 rpm) and the flexibility to tilt the furnace to the left at an angle between 0 to 10°, providing adaptability for a myriad of experimental and industrial applications. The unique design, ease of operation, and high-performance specifications make this rotary tube furnace an ideal choice for versatile research and processing needs.
