Vacuum spray pyrolysis coater is an automatic ultrasonic spray pyrolysis (USP) equipment with Stainless Steel Chamber and Molten Tin-Bath Heater. Three compressive gas spray heads are included to enable multilayer film coating.

 Product Description

The Vacuum Spray Pyrolysis Coater, designed for efficient coating processes, boasts a stainless steel chamber and a molten tin-bath heater, offering superior uniform and stable heating to the substrate during the coating process compared to traditional SS hot plates. The SS304 chamber ensures a clean and healthy atmosphere, meeting the highest experimental requirements. This coater is equipped with an array of technical features, operating on a single-phase power input of 208 - 240VAC at 50/60 Hz, with a stepper motor actuator at 24VDC.

 

Dispensing is facilitated through a positive displacement pump controlled by a stepper motor, ensuring precise dispensing rates. The ultrasonic spray head, with controlled movement via stepper motor-driven linear stages in the X and Y directions, guarantees a uniform coating. Adjustable spray patterns and velocities are achieved by varying the compressed gas pressure at the nozzle. The coater's spacious working area, within the SS304 chamber, measures 700mm×700mm×800mm.

 

Dispensing containers with capacities of 50 mL and 250 mL, coupled with adjustable dispensing rates ranging from 1-10 mL/min and syringe pump dispensing rates ranging from 20 μL/min to 10 mL/min via software control, provide flexibility for various applications. Three compressive gas spray heads enable multilayer film coating, each accommodating different solutions. The coater includes a flip shutter mechanism to prevent substrate exposure during spray head changeover.

 

With an X-Y traverse distance of up to 200 mm, adjustable drive speeds of 10-800 mm/sec for the X-axis, and 1-12 mm/sec for the Y-axis, the coater ensures precise control over coating parameters. A pressure regulator with a digital gauge ensures precise air pressure control, and a Double Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump with Exhaust Filter, offering a normal base pressure range of 500~600 millibar, is included for efficient vacuum operation.

 

Integrated with a Molten Tin-bath Heater reaching a maximum temperature of 500℃, the coater's system controller box connects to a laptop or Microsoft Surface Pro for centralized software control of dispensing rate, X-Y stage movement, solution loading, and draining via an RS232 port and USB adapter. The coater is CE certified, guaranteeing compliance with safety and quality standards.
