1200X-4-VTQ  is a split Vertical Quenching Tube Furnace with vacuum sealed 100mm (4") diameter quartz tube and liquid quenching tank, which is designed for quenching sample from high temperature ( Max. 1200℃) to ice water or oil to study material phase transition and microstructure.

 Product Description

The 1200X-4-VTQ vertical quenching tube furnace represents a state-of-the-art solution for material studies, specifically focused on exploring phase transformations and microstructure properties. Operating with a power supply of 220V and 50Hz, this furnace incorporates a 3KW alloy resistance wire as the heating element, ensuring efficient and reliable performance. Its temperature control system, leveraging PID technology, maintains a remarkable accuracy with temperature fluctuations limited to ±1℃.

 

Designed for versatility, the furnace offers a multi-stage temperature control program, enabling precise management of heating and cooling rates, along with constant temperature duration. Safety features include overheat protection and safeguards against broken thermocouples, ensuring the integrity of experiments. The temperature zone, spanning 440mm, includes a constant temperature zone of 200mm, capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 1200℃ in less than one hour, with continuous operation at 1100℃.

 

Carefully crafted with a high-purity alumina tubular furnace, this model enhances thermal efficiency and extends the service life of the equipment. The furnace tube, constructed from high-purity quartz, features a 100mm outer diameter, 94mm inner diameter, and 1000mm length. The vacuum flange setup comprises an upper flange with a 100mm diameter vacuum stainless steel flange equipped with a manual hook opening device, allowing for the release of hanging samples. The lower flange is connected to a sealed liquid container through a φ100mm flange, providing the option to contain ice water or cold oil for quenching experiments.

 

The furnace tube, with its innovative design, facilitates sample release by manually releasing the hook and plug, causing the hanging sample to fall. The liquid container, featuring a double-layer structure, ensures excellent vacuum pressure resistance and reliable sealing. The box body is securely fixed by a jacking wire and includes a liquid outlet valve for convenient sampling and fluid replacement.
