The MC-Z1500 finds applications in various analytical instruments, including GC-FID, GC-NPD, GC-FPD, GC-TCD, THC, TOC, COT, DSC, TGA, ELSD, and other equipment that demands zero-grade air. The key feature of this product lies in its utilization of a high-performance catalyst, delivering superior hydrocarbon removal capabilities while achieving faster processing speeds and maintaining a safe working temperature of 350°C.
The product parameters for the MC-Z1500 include a hydrocarbon input concentration of less than 100ppm, reducing it to an impressive output concentration of 0.1ppm. With an input air pressure requirement of ≥0.4Mpa and a maximum withstand pressure of 0.6Mpa, this purifier can achieve a maximum output flow of 1500ml/min at 0.4Mpa. The working temperature is set at 350℃, with an over-temperature alarm triggering at 400℃. The device operates with a power consumption of 200W and has compact dimensions of 420mm×265mm×365mm.
Ensuring instrument stabilization in less than 1 hour, the MC-Z1500 operates within a temperature range of 0-40℃ and a working environment humidity of less than 85%.
