Double-sided dip coating experimental coater is a coating machine using dip coating process, which can use wire rod to measure the coating. Can be low tension rewinding coil, equipped with infrared heating drying box and process correction device, optional static eliminator and dipping box type. The equipment has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, high production efficiency and wide application range. It can be used in lithium-ion battery, graphene film, ceramic film, high-end tape and various functional film industries.

 Product Description

The coating equipment is designed with an array of functional features to facilitate continuous dip coating on both sides of materials. Its line rod metering system ensures precise control over coating thickness and uniformity, providing reliable and efficient results. Equipped with an infrared drying oven featuring adjustable temperature and air volume, the equipment ensures optimal drying conditions. The stripper stability, coupled with low tension capabilities, enhances the overall performance, allowing for a smooth coating process. The presence of an active flattening roller guide with adjustable speed contributes to the equipment's versatility.

 

To ensure precision, the peristaltic pump automatically feeds the coating material, and the configuration deviation correction function enables high-precision walking during the coating process. Various dip box options are available to cater to diverse coating needs. The equipment is user-friendly, featuring PLC control and an HMI interface for easy operation.

 

In terms of technical specifications, the equipment requires a single-phase AC220V power source with a frequency of 50Hz and a power rating of 3KW. It operates with a compressed air supply of 0.5-0.8MPa. The dip coating method is designed for continuous applications, accommodating coils with a maximum retract and deflate diameter of 300mm. The system's mechanical speed reaches a maximum of 1m per minute, ensuring efficient coating processes. Coating accuracy is within ±3μm under specified conditions, and the wet film thickness can be adjusted from 6 to 200μm based on slurry parameters and wire rod models.

 

The equipment incorporates an infrared drying oven with carbon fiber infrared lamp heating, achieving a maximum air volume of 402m3/h, adjustable air valve regulation, a maximum temperature of 150°C, and a power rating of 2KW. The tension size range is 6-60N, and the deviation correction accuracy is within +/ - 0.5mm. The dipping box has multiple capacities, with the standard minimum coating capacity at 0.3L and optional capacities of 0.7L or 2.7L, both with a reserve cooling water interface. The overall dimensions of the equipment are L980mm x W750mm x H1420mm, and it weighs approximately 540kg. This comprehensive coating system is engineered to meet diverse application needs with precision and efficiency.
